Developer Documentation

Everything you need to get started with Vocallo.

1. Agent Setup

Define agent personas in the System Instructions editor. Specify opening greetings and configure turn detection silence windows.

2. Function Calling

Add tools with visual parameters or JSON schema. The LiveKit worker converts them to OpenAI-compatible dynamic tools bound to your backend webhooks.

3. Public Sharing

Toggle "Publish Agent" to generate a live share URL (`/share.html?agent=<id>`). Public callers connect with zero authentication required.

4. Netlify Subdomain Hosting

Deploy the bundled `dist/` directory directly to Netlify. Configure `API_BASE_URL` in `config.js` to point to your FastAPI backend.
